公文學生專屬優惠表格

1. 請家長於報名前細閱(點擊查閱): 比賽資料 及 比賽章程: K2至小一組 / 小二至中一組 / 中二至中六組。

2. 公文式學生需使用以下表格報名方可享有專屬優惠。(本會會再與公文式確認參賽學生名單)。

3. 此公文式優惠表格為現時公文式學生專用，請勿公開轉發，報名學生亦必須為8月份在讀之公文式學生。請勿公開轉發。如非合資格學生，本會將另外收取正價報名費用 或 取消參賽資格(已交費用不會退還)。

4. 如學生成功獲取獎項，於得獎名單上，其所屬學校旁將標註「公文學生」身份。

2. Kumon students must use the designated form below to enjoy the exclusive discount.
   (We will verify the participant list with Kumon.)

3. This Kumon discount form is strictly for current Kumon students. Please do not share this form publicly.
   Students must be expected to remain enrolled at Kumon in August 2025. Ineligible participants will be required to pay the full registration fee or will be disqualified. Fees already paid will not be refunded.

4. If a student wins an award, the label “Kumon Student” will appear next to their school name on the award list.
